I had such high hopes for this product. The main thing I don't like about it is, it doesn't vacuum the entire room. It goes one direction until it hits something, then it turns and goes another direction at a 90 degree angle. It has no intelligent pattern therefore, missing half of the floor. It was more like babysitting a robot. It gets stuck sometimes under the furniture or in electrical cords. I could never leave this vacuum unattended. It might do okay in a room with no furniture. It has never docked itself, not ever. I haven't even used the mop yet. If it can't vacuum well, how can it ever mop? Hair gets trapped around the center of the main brush all the time. Never had this problem with the last Ecovac we had. Mopping function isn't great and barely makes a difference except make the floor ever so slightly damp. If it can beep at me 4 times to tell me the battery is low, then why can’t it just go home like it’s supposed to. I’m so disappointed that I can’t operate from my tablet, or ask Alexa to start the vacuum because I have 5G. I’m sorry that I purchased.
