Hello, you can look at the control panel to figure out what size and type your paper tray thinks it has in the tray, and does it match the paper size you are sending to it? Most likely you are trying to use 8.5x11 plain paper from tray 2, so make sure it says that on the control panel. Sometimes paper can get stuck behind the tray and get stuck in the sensors and arms that detect paper size and detection. You can remove the tray completely from the machine and look at the feed unit and rollers and make sure there is no obstruction or paper stuck. Hope this helps, thanks. Hope this helps, thanks.
