It simply can’t process a large amount of data when you save the menu. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this parameter. Try to create a menu that has 4 times more menu items and test how it works with the default theme. You will see the same error. Probably, you didn’t increase the parameter correctly or it is limited by something else on your server. But the fact is that the request can be processed with large amount of data. Where you can see it is something wrong with the WoodMart theme. It is a nice theme, but now it has an issues by saving bigger menus… They are not that big, you should be able to save them. But the WoodMart theme can’t save bigger menus, however the default wordpress theme can. Please help to fix or refund the support renewal price ASAP! Please check the video and give a feedback.
